Overview

This carousel ad campaign was developed for Kompas as sponsored promotional content supporting Lazada’s 12.12 Grand Year End Sale. The objective was to merge Kompas’ audience-driven media platform with Lazada’s energetic campaign identity, creating visually engaging assets optimized for digital publication, audience retention, and promotional performance.

Challenge

The project required balancing Lazada’s vibrant commercial branding with Kompas’ editorial advertising standards. The design needed to remain highly promotional and conversion-focused while still feeling polished, credible, and suitable for a major media publisher’s platform.

Approach

I designed a cohesive carousel system using Lazada’s recognizable campaign colors, 3D promotional visuals, shopping-driven iconography, and bold typographic hierarchy while refining composition for cleaner sponsored-media presentation. Each slide emphasized strategic messaging progression—from awareness, promotional tips, to surprise offers—ensuring users stayed engaged throughout the swipe journey.

Outcome

The campaign successfully delivered visually compelling sponsored assets tailored for Kompas’ platform, strengthening campaign reach, improving promotional communication, and enhancing audience interaction through strategic carousel storytelling.
